An inspection disassembly.

The transfer case is reassembled to Factory specs.

Both Roverlandparts.com and Land Rover Dealers recommend the complete replacement of a faulty transfer case. Neither Roverlandparts.com nor Land Rover Dealers recommend attempting to repair or rebuild a faulty transfer case. All though a transmission shop may attempt the repair, they will have a hard time finding the right parts. Unfortunately, they wont find this out until the transfer case has been disassembled.
All of our transfer cases are shipped in new custom crates that are designed to operate as a pallet. They are fully enclosed in order to protect the transfer cases against the hazards of shipping. Many auto part companies will ship transfer cases strapped to a pallet and covered in cardboard.

No core charge is due, if the original transfer case is returned to Roverlandparts.com within 30 days. Roverlandparts.com will pay all return shipping expenses. After installing the new transfer case, call Roverlandparts.com to arrange for pickup of the original transfer case. Please note, the transfer case must be returned in the original wooden shipping crate. For international customers or US Based customers, if core returns are not feasible or available, please call or email for core deposit amount.
