Transfer Cases

Roverland sells only Professionally Rebuilt Transfer Cases.
We offer a 6 month guarantee on all of our transfer cases.
We use a local certified transmission / transfer case shop to rebuild our transfer cases. This includes:
1) An external inspection for evidence of damage.
2) A thorough internal inspection for signs of wear.
3) A drive chain inspection for proper tension.
4) The transfer case is reassembled and resealed.
5) A corrosion proof finish is applied to the exterior.
Both Roverland and Land Rover Dealers recommend the complete replacement of a faulty transfer case. Neither Roverland nor Land Rover Dealers recommend attempting to repair or rebuild a faulty transfer case. All though a transmission shop may attempt the repair, they will have a hard time finding the right parts. Unfortunately, they wont find this out until the transfer case has been disassembled. |

Shipping: All of our transfer cases are shipped in new custom crates that are designed to operate as a pallet. They are fully enclosed in order to protect the transfer cases against the hazards of shipping. Many auto part companies will ship transfer cases strapped to a pallet and covered in cardboard.
Please note, transfer cases are oversized items and will be shipped Freight Collect via FedEx Freight.
Roverland has arranged a 66% discount on FedEx Freight charges. This means your freight bill will be 33% of the regular price.
No shipping charges are collected by Roverland Parts. Buyer pays all shipping charges directly to the FedEx Freight driver when the item is received.

We recommend drop shipping your new transfer case to the shop or facility that will be performing the installation. Loaded with an transfer case, these crates can weigh up to 300 pounds.
Core Notice: No core deposit is required, if the original transfer case is returned to Roverland within 30 days. Roverland will pay all return shipping expenses. After installing the new transfer case, call Roverland to arrange for pickup of the original transfer case. Please note, the transfer case must be returned in the original wooden shipping crate. |
