Return Policies

  • All Sales are final.
  • All Sales require an email address. If you do not have an email address, you can register for a free one at:
  • Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Store credit will only be applied to parts returned in an acceptable, unaltered and uninstalled condition. All store credits expire one year from the original order date.
  • Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the order date, and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
  • Returned parts must be packaged with the same care as originally shipped.
  • The return authorization number and customer name must be printed on the outside of the box for the package to be accepted. Once a return authorization is sent to the customer, it is valid for 30 days. If RL Parts does not receive the return with in 30 days, the customer will need to contact RL Parts for another valid return authorization.
  • A copy of the original invoice must be included with a note describing the reason for the return.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. No return label will be supplied. COD or freight collect returns will not be accepted.
  • RL Parts has no responsibility in the diagnosis, troubleshooting, ordering or installation of a part or problem. The responsibility of correctly diagnosing the problem, ordering the correct part, and successfully installing the part, remains with the customer and his or her technician.
  • Due to the complexity of Land Rovers, we Require a Factory Trained Land Rover Technician Experienced in diagnosing and repairing Land Rovers.
  • Failure of a product due to misuse, incorrect installation or failure of related parts is not covered by warranty and is not the liability of RL Parts.
  • Upon receipt of your shipment, please open packaging immediately and inspect for any damage during shipping and verify the correct part has been received.
  • RL Parts liability due to a defective part is limited to the value of the part only. We will not be responsible for labor costs, downtime, freight costs, rental cars, or any other associated costs, for any reason.
  • RL Parts will exchange a part only after the original part has been received in an acceptable, unaltered condition.  The customer is responsible for shipping the original part to RL Parts at their expense. Returned parts must be packaged with the same care as originally shipped. The replacement part will be shipped at RL Parts expense.
  • RL Parts reserves the opportunity to replace a faulty or incorrect part. If a replacement part is available but no longer needed, we will issue a store credit for the cost of the part.
  • Gaskets may not be returned for refund or store credit, all gasket sales are final.
  • Electrical parts are guaranteed 90 days. Exchanges of electrical parts that become faulty within 90 days are accepted for identical replacement only.
  • Electrical parts may not be returned for refund or store credit. An electrical part that becomes faulty may not be exchanged for a different part.
  • Remanufactured and New Parts once installed, may not be returned for exchange or store credit unless faulty.
  • Special order items such as body or frame cut off sections or wiring harnesses are not returnable for either refund or store credit.

GOVERNING LAW. The transaction with respect to the goods which are the subject of this online sale shall be governed by and interpreted and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and any action arising out of such transaction shall be brought exclusively in Hillsborough County or the Federal District Court of the Middle District of Florida, and Buyers agreement to such exclusive jurisdiction and venue is a condition of sale.

CORE NOTICE: No core deposit is required, if the original engine or transmission is returned to Roverlandparts.com within 30 days.  Roverlandparts.com will pay all return shipping expenses. After installing the new engine, transmission,transfer case, or differential please call or e-mail Roverlandparts.com to arrange for pickup of the original engine or transmission.  Please note, the engine, transmission, transfer case, or differential must be returned in the original packaging. For international customers or US Based customers, if core returns are not feasible or available, please call or email for core deposit amount. Failure to return the core WILL void the warranty.

Cancellation Policies

  • Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation charge.

Payment Policies

  • RL Parts accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal.

Free Shipping Policies

  • Free freight shipping only applies to deliveries at commercial addresses with a dock or a forklift. Any residential freight shipment, or commercial address requiring a lift gate, will not qualify for free shipping.

Thanksgiving Hours

Closed Thursday and Friday. Orders placed after 4 pm on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday.
